Thermotec Plastics Announce Company Changes

Thermotec Plastics, Ltd. today announced the retirement of Tony Mousley.  Mr. Mousley has been with Thermotec for 20 years, initially as a Technical Sales Engineer, progressing to Manager, and latterly as Commercial Director. 

“Tony has been integral to Thermotec’s success, growth and developing key relationships with our current customers,” Mike McDonough, Owner and Founder of Thermotec stated.  “His retirement is well earned and we wish him the best. Tony will hopefully continue to pop in and see us when he has some spare time!”

Thermotec have subsequently made a few changes, including promotions, within its structure to ensure continuity of providing customers with a top level of professionalism and world class quality components.

Jon Shilling has been promoted to Project Manager, Paul Raybould becomes Process and Systems Director, Rob Streeter has been named Operations Director, and Darren Hodgen is the new General Manager. As part of the commitment to developing talent within the business, it has also been announced that everyone including Gary Hingley, Technical Sales Director and Ian Thurman, Managing Director are taking part in a Management Development Programme, over the next six months, run by UK’s leading management and training provider and partner, Gradvert. www.gradvert.com
