Newly promoted UK Sales Manager Joe Allen added: “I’m thrilled to have the privilege of managing Broadway’s sales activity across the UK. It’s hugely rewarding for me on a personal level, and my focus will remain on ensuring we deliver the right material solutions and exceptional service to every one of our UK customers.

It’s an exciting time to be a part of Broadway. Investments in R&D and factory infrastructure have paved the way to a more innovative and diverse materials portfolio. Our latest innovations are gaining traction, and I’m dedicated to ensuring we maximise our growth potential while maintaining customer satisfaction. We’ve established a fantastic sales team, with a strategic approach and improved internal processes, I feel we’re better placed than ever before to serve the UK plastics industry.”

New regionally aligned structure for pelletised material sales

Broadway is pleased to announce a new, regionally focused UK sales structure designed to bring their team closer to customers and build on their tailored, responsive service. Under this new model, each region will be led by a dedicated Business Development Manager, who will work in close partnership with a specific member of Broadway’s Sales Administration Team:

  • Adam Buffin will lead business development in the North, supported by Jake Walton.
  • Jed Saunders will cover customers in the South, supported by Josh Aldridge.
  • Joe Allen, now elevated to a broader leadership role, will oversee a select portfolio of UK accounts and provide strategic guidance across all regions, ensuring collaboration and consistency of service. Joe will be supported by Eve Foster.
