BSA Mouldings has announced a £150,000 investment in its facilities with the installation of a new high-capacity warehouse mezzanine floor, increasing storage capacity for both raw materials and finished goods.
The new mezzanine allows BSA Mouldings to make far better use of its vertical space, doubling the usable footprint in key areas of the warehouse. The added capacity means the company can hold larger volumes of stock, helping to cut lead times and respond more flexibly to urgent customer requirements.
The investment shows BSA Mouldings’ commitment to strengthening its infrastructure in line with customer requirements. With services covering the full injection moulding process, including product design and prototyping through to manufacture, assembly, storage and distribution, the added warehouse space will support the wider operation and help improve efficiency across multiple stages of the supply chain.
BSA Mouldings offers a complete service, with moulding capabilities ranging from 1g to 10,000g part weights and machine tonnages from 22T to 1300T. Its additional services include hotplate welding, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, pick and pack operations, and worldwide distribution, allowing the business to support customers from initial design consultation through to final dispatch.
