Intouch Launches AI-Powered Intelligence for Production Data

Intouch Monitoring has launched Intouch Intelligence, a new AI-powered layer within its production monitoring platform designed to help manufacturers understand what their production data is telling them and where to act next.

Building on the real-time data already captured by Intouch across machines, jobs, downtime, scrap, cycle times and OEE, Intouch Intelligence turns production information into clearer, more actionable insight.

The result is earlier warning of where time, output and margin are being lost, so teams can act before small problems become expensive ones.

From Production Data to Practical Action

The first release introduces AI-generated insight across key production areas including OEE, downtime, scrap and tool changes.

Intelligence analyses production performance and provides written summaries of what has happened, highlights areas that may need attention and helps teams identify where improvement opportunities exist.

This means manufacturers can spend less time working through dashboards and reports manually and more time focusing on the issues that have the greatest impact on production.

For manufacturers looking to explore their data in more detail, Ask Intouch provides a natural-language AI assistant that allows users to ask questions directly about their own production performance, helping them spot trends, pick out anomalies and get to the root cause of a problem faster.

Teams can ask questions such as:

• Which machine had the highest scrap rate today?
• Why did OEE fall?
• Compare night shift performance with day shift.
• Which tools are running furthest away from their expected cycle time?
