ASEP Money-Saving Tips

ASEP Money-Saving Tips

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Here at ASEP services, we have been looking after customers dehumidifying dryers for many years and in it all that time a common theme has emerged time and time again.

The fact this equipment is often overlooked when a processing problem occurs.

Many dryers give little or no feedback on how the dryer is performing and often waste energy while causing processing problems.

ASEP engineers are aware that every dryer works within three drying parameters:

1. Airflow
2. Temperature
3. Dewpoint

Lose any one of these three, and your material risks staying damp and your product scrapped.

Common faults that can lead to scrap are blocked or damaged filters, damaged heaters or degraded desiccant.

ASEP engineers have the knowledge, experience and test equipment to diagnose your dryer performance and the skills to carry out repairs and calibration.
