Beechcraft PU Mouldings & Design has unveiled a new website that highlights the company’s extensive capabilities in structural polyurethane technology and custom moulded enclosures.

With over five decades of experience, Beechcraft is known for its ability to produce strong, durable enclosures with wall sections ranging from 2 to 40mm. Inserts and fixings can be moulded in during production, providing exceptional design flexibility and the opportunity to create housings that are not only functional but also visually appealing.

Using machined aluminium tooling, Beechcraft offers rapid turnaround times, with tooling ready in as little as six weeks and a guaranteed minimum of 5,000 impressions. The company is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2015, ensuring high-quality standards throughout each project.

In-house services include free design and tooling consultations, full painting and finishing, RFI/EMC shielding, and silk screen printing. These services allow Beechcraft to support projects from initial concept through to final production.
