Broadwater Mouldings Introduce Thermoforming Service

Broadwater Mouldings Introduce Thermoforming Service

Composite engineering specialist Broadwater Mouldings now offers a thermoforming service on top of its wide range of composite manufacturing processes. Sharing many benefits with its other FRP (fibre-reinforced polymers) techniques, adding thermoforming to Broadwater’s portfolio opens up a wider choice of materials with greater recyclability.

In order to offer customers more choices, more solutions, and greater flexibility, Broadwater Mouldings took the decision to invest in a Thermoforming machine.

Thermoforming, also known as vacuum forming, offers many of the same benefits as FRP, with the added bonus that the material is 100% recyclable. The wider choice of materials and scope of the new machine opens up more possibilities for more sectors than ever before whilst being able to cater for projects large and small economically.
