JSP has reaffirmed its dedication to sustainability by renewing its green energy supplies for its production plants in Estrées-Saint-Denis, France, and Cheb, Czech Republic, for 2025. This move ensures that JSP continues to power its operations using 100% renewable electricity, further reducing its environmental impact and reinforcing its commitment to responsible manufacturing.
For 2025, the energy used in these facilities will primarily come from hydroelectric sources, which are fully guaranteed and certified as 100% renewable. Hydroelectricity is one of the cleanest and most reliable forms of renewable energy, producing zero direct carbon emissions and significantly lowering reliance on fossil fuels.
By sourcing electricity from renewables, JSP prevents more than 5,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions per year, helping to mitigate climate change and reduce its carbon footprint.
As a leader in thermoplastic foams, JSP integrates sustainability into its global operations, ensuring that its production processes align with environmental best practices. The company recognises the urgent need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and actively supports the expansion of clean energy infrastructure in Europe.
