Omega Plastics Group Celebrates 5000th Completed Job

Omega Plastics Group is proud to announce a major operational milestone, with the successful delivery of its 5000th Job. Since formation, the business has completed over 5,000 paid projects across its tooling and injection moulding services, a clear reflection of growth, customer partnerships, and a skilled workforce.

These 5,000 jobs span the full spectrum of Omega Plastics Group’s offering, including new tooling, engineering changes, injection moulding orders, jigs, repairs, and gauges. Every task has contributed to the Group’s development as a reliable and technically capable partner in the plastics industry.

Several of the company’s toolmakers worked on the very first batch of jobs are still part of the business today. In total, 10 toolmakers have over 10 years of service with Omega Plastics, demonstrating the experience and dedication that underpins the quality of every project delivered.

Formed in 2015 following the acquisition of Signal Plastics by Omega Plastics, the Group has invested significantly in both sites. Highlights include Signal Plastics’ move into a 43,500 sq. ft Washington facility in 2016 and the relocation of Omega Plastics to a new 45,000 sq. ft site in Gateshead in 2019, which also houses the Group headquarters.

As Omega Plastics Group continues to grow, this latest milestone highlights not only the scale of work delivered but the consistency, trust and expertise that clients can expect across every job.
