Three Milestone Anniversaries Celebrated at PlastikCity and PlastikMedia

PlastikCity and PlastikMedia are proud to celebrate three key employee anniversaries this month, recognising the hard work and commitment of Jess Clarke, Will Clarke, and Becca Watt.

Jess Clarke is marking an impressive 12 years with the business. Jess joined PlastikCity in 2013 as its very first official employee, working part-time while completing her university degree. After graduating, she stepped into a full-time role as Marketing Manager in May 2014, going on to become Communications Director in 2022. In September 2023, following the retirement of founder Carl Futcher, Jess took on the role of Managing Director, steering the company into its next chapter. Currently on maternity leave, Jess remains involved behind the scenes and is set to return part-time in June 2025.

Will Clarke, now Sales Director, celebrates six years with PlastikCity and PlastikMedia. Since joining in 2019 as a Marketing Executive, Will has steadily progressed through the business, taking on more responsibility and adding sales to his remit. He became Partnerships Manager in 2022, before his promotion to Sales Director in September 2023. Will now oversees the company’s entire sales operation and has been instrumental in the success of initiatives such as the award-winning PlastikCity on Tour. He’s also playing a pivotal role in running the business during Jess’s maternity leave — all while recently becoming a first-time dad.

Becca Watt reaches her three-year anniversary this month. Becca joined the team in 2022 as a Marketing Executive and has since risen to the position of Marketing Manager, taking the lead on content creation, campaign delivery, and day-to-day marketing operations. Her creativity, reliability, and collaborative approach have made her a key figure within the team and a driving force behind many of the company’s ongoing marketing initiatives.

These milestones reflect the commitment and talent of the individuals behind PlastikCity and PlastikMedia’s continued growth and success.

Jess Clarke commented: “It’s been a real privilege to watch the team grow over the years, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve built all together. Our people are our most important asset. Milestones like these are a great reminder of that — Will and Becca have each brought so much to the business, and it’s been fantastic to see them take on new challenges and keep pushing things forward.
