TCB-Arrow Expands with New 5,200 sq ft Facility to Meet Growing Demand

TCB-Arrow, a leading UK-based injection moulding specialist, has announced the opening of its new 5,200 sq ft expansion to its existing facility, marking a significant milestone in the company’s strategic growth journey. With over 35 years of industry expertise, TCB-Arrow has built a strong reputation for precision-engineered solutions in thermoplastic and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) injection moulding, supporting customers across automotive, medical, consumer, and industrial sectors.

The new facility is split into two key areas: 4,000 sq ft of warehousing space to support increased logistics and inventory capacity, and a 1,200 sq ft dedicated assembly area for secondary operations, including pad printing, hot foil stamping, ultrasonic welding, precision machining, and heat staking. This dedicated assembly space is a response to increasing customer demand for value-added services and integrated solutions.
