WITTMANN Unveils Drymax Basic 120 Dry Air Dryer at K 2025

At K 2025, the new Drymax basic 120 dry air dryer from WITTMANN, featuring tried-and-tested dual-cartridge technology, scored with high energy efficiency, ease of maintenance, and particularly compact design. This saves energy, time, and space. Smart Choices, Smart Savings – that was the motto at the WITTMANN Group’s stand from October 8th to 15th in Düssel­dorf, Germany.

The new mobile dryer is designed for dry air outputs of 120 m³/h and through­puts of up to 75 kg/h. With this new development, WITTMANN has succeeded in further improving the already very energy-efficient dual-cartridge technology. The duration and intensity of the temperature-controlled regeneration are based on the current demand in order to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

In addition, the automatic temperature reduction during machine downtime or when drying requirements are lower increases energy efficiency.

For even lower and more constant dew points

New is the SmartCare option, which was developed specifically for geographical regions with high ambient temperatures and frequently high humidity. With SmartCare, a lower and more constant dew point behaviour is achieved by supp­lying a minimal amount of compressed air to the process.

Another innovation is the convenient access to the suction box area and filter element. This simplifies cleaning, saving time and increasing the availability of the system.
