HASCO Hosts Practice Day Sharing Expertise with Industry Professionals

HASCO, a specialist in the development of innovative hot runner technology, regularly holds Practice Days for customers. At these events, the specialists share their technical know-how and their experiences to discuss with the participants specific challenges and to draw up tailor-made solutions.

Around 20 customers from all over Germany took advantage of the opportunity to learn about the wide range of services offered by HASCO hot runner and to be inspired by the many highly interesting technical presentations. The following topics aroused particular interest:

Additionally, the manufactured Streamrunner ^® – compact and perfectly balanced- guarantees a particularly careful melt passage in combination with top-class colour change properties.

Innovative technology, Shadowfree as a module element, eliminates the spider lines in needle valve systems, and enables a much faster colour change in the hot runner.
User-friendly simulation tool – for automatic and fast analysis to determine the best injection position or gating geometry to ensure optimum filling of the mould.

The special aspect of this event is the combination of informative technical presentations and practical exercises in which the participants themselves try their hand and can deepen their knowledge. During the practical exercises in the HASCO hot runner service department, the participants were able to make small repairs and checks in the field of control technology.
