Plastics Training Online (PTO) has introduced four subscription tiers designed to provide manufacturers with greater flexibility and convenience in workforce training.

The platform, which now hosts 55 courses from leading providers, offers companies the ability to train and up-skill teams through a choice of Free, Lite, Pro, and Enterprise subscription levels. Users can trial two courses at no cost before moving on to more comprehensive packages.

The subscription options are structured as follows:

  • Free: Access to two trial courses.
  • Lite: Injection moulding courses, including Injection Moulding Fundamentals.
  • Pro: Full access to Paulson Training’s plastics-focused courses.
  • Enterprise: Includes all available courses plus factory training modules covering areas such as basic electronics and mechanical systems.

Subscribers who commit to 12 months in advance receive a 20% discount, with additional users available at half the standard cost.

As an authorised reseller of Paulson Training Programs, PTO delivers web-based, interactive training solutions that have already helped more than 50,000 people across the plastics sector. PTO also partners with TPC, a provider of industrial training covering electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, safety, process operations, and HVAC. Both Paulson Training and TPC are owned by Certus.

Since its launch in 2021 with just five injection moulding courses, PTO has expanded to cover broader plastics manufacturing disciplines as well as complementary factory operations training. The platform now includes more than 330 lessons and 520 hours of content. Its online format allows trainees to progress at their own pace, while administrator tools enable companies to manage training centrally across teams.

PTO representatives will attend the K-Show in Düsseldorf this October, where they will be available to discuss training solutions with manufacturers.
