BPY Plastics Ltd has announced that the company is now ISO 9001 accredited, an important milestone in its continued commitment to quality, consistency and continuous improvement. The certification shows BPY Plastics’ focus on delivering high-quality plastic moulded components that meet customer expectations.
The company was supported through the process by EmmersonWills, an established ISO consultant that supports businesses across the UK with ISO consulting, implementation and certification. EmmersonWills works across a range of standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001, alongside tailored support for sector-specific schemes.
Established in 1992, BPY Plastics provides close-tolerance, small to medium-sized injection moulded components in a wide range of materials, with a focus on quality and service. The company offers a one-stop shop including prototyping, tooling, moulding, assembly and light fabrication.
BPY specialises in low to medium volume technical components with tight tolerances, typically in engineering plastics. Its services also include secondary operations, call-off options, and both aluminium and Manumold tooling options to help reduce tooling costs for lower volume projects.
