ICS Cool Energy Strengthens Service Sales Team with Two New Appointments

ICS Cool Energy has expanded its Service Sales team with the appointment of Emma Anderson and Kayla Shaw as Regional Account Managers for the North. Their combined experience in service, hire, and customer management supports the company’s ongoing investment in people and service growth.

Emma joins the company with a strong background in sales and account management across hospitality, communications, and service-focused industries. Her experience in strategic planning, customer engagement, and relationship management will support our continued commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Kayla makes a return to ICS Cool Energy, having previously been part of the hire team, specialising in cold storage. As such, she brings extensive expertise in service and equipment hire sales, with a proven track record across temperature control, HVAC, and technical solutions. Her industry knowledge and customer-focused approach will strengthen ICS Cool Energy’s ability to provide tailored support and reliable service offerings.

In their roles as Regional Account Managers serving the north of the UK, Emma and Kayla will be supporting the service contract customers, ensuring the renewal of existing contracts, promoting our full range of contract options, and developing new service contract opportunities in line with our growth plans.

They join the expanding Service team across the UK, who remain committed to ensuring our customers’ operations continue to run smoothly and efficiently with preventative maintenance planning.
