SG Moulding Solutions Showcases Live Manufacturing Technologies at TCT 3Sixty and Interplas 2026

SG Moulding Solutions will be exhibiting at TCT 3Sixty / Interplas 2026 in Hall 8, Stand CC14, showcasing a range of specialist plastics manufacturing technologies focused on innovation, efficiency, tooling support and sustainable lightweight packaging solutions.
Visitors to the stand will be able to experience live demonstrations from both Holimaker and SST Microwelding, highlighting practical technologies designed to support modern manufacturing, tooling development and repair operations.
The live Holimaker demonstrations will showcase how the system bridges the gap between 3D printing and traditional injection moulding tooling, enabling rapid prototyping, low-volume production, RCD projects and education-focused tooling development.
As the exclusive UK and Ireland agent for Holimaker, SG Moulding Solutions will also be demonstrating a brand-new bio- based material developed by SG Moulding Solutions, with live moulding taking place directly on the Holimaker system throughout the exhibition. The demonstrations will provide visitors with a first look at how new sustainable materials can be rapidly trialled and validated using low- volume injection moulding technology.
Alongside this, SST Microwelding live demonstrations will highlight advanced portable microwelding technology for precision mould and tool repair. Unlike traditional laser welding systems, SST Microwelding offers a highly flexible and portable solution capable of carrying out repairs directly on large mould tools, often without removing them from the press — helping manufacturers minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
The stand will also feature information and a scale model from FlexBlow, the highly flexible PET stretch blow moulding system designed for rapid bottle-to-bottle changeovers, energy-efficient production and complete turnkey packaging solutions. SG Moulding Solutions is the exclusive UK and Ireland representative for FlexBlow and will be discussing complete line solutions including preform supply, mould tooling, compressors, chillers and downstream automation.
Additional technologies on display include EFI Hot Runner Controllers and SG Moulding Solutions’ lightweighting technologies using chemical blowing agents and advanced foaming solutions designed to reduce polymer usage, improve sustainability performance and support manufacturers facing increasing EPR and Plastic Packaging Tax pressures.
