Plastek UK Announces Year‑Long Partnership with Rainbows Children’s Hospice

Plastek UK, a UK-based injection moulding company that specialises in plastic packaging, is delighted to announce its new, year-long partnership with Rainbows Children’s Hospice.
Rainbows is a fabulous hospice, unique in the East Midlands region, and completely dedicated to the provision of expert palliative and end-of-life care for babies, children and young people within the hospice, at home or in hospital. Their caring service supports families across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire, and Plastek UK is proud to be dedicating all Plastek UK’s fundraising activities, from April 2026 to March 2027, to supporting this wonderful work.

“As a family-owned business with a proud track record of championing local charities, we and all the colleagues at our Mansfield plant are very happy to make Rainbows our charity partner in this, our 70th anniversary year.”
Plastek will get the fundraising underway with a World Cup Sweepstake and will be holding a Rainbows Raffle at the company’s 70th Anniversary party, and sponsoring a Charity Casino at the Plastics Industry Awards.
Additional fundraising initiatives will be added during the year.
