KLEENOIL Filtration Ltd has expanded its UK manufacturing and engineering services with the launch of a dedicated hydraulic hose assembly facility. The new service was developed in response to rising prices and long lead times when purchasing the hydraulic hoses used within its own filtration systems and engineering projects.

Rather than continuing to accept inflated supply costs, KLEENOIL has invested in its own professional hose-cutting and swaging equipment, established a comprehensive stock of hoses and fittings, and begun producing assemblies in-house.

KLEENOIL is now extending this service to customers throughout the plastics, recycling, manufacturing and wider industrial sectors.

“Hydraulic hoses are an essential maintenance item, but many businesses are paying significantly more than they need to, particularly for hoses that are replaced regularly.

“We initially brought hose production into our own factory to improve the quality, pricing and availability of the assemblies used within our equipment. Pre-Made Hose Kits

KLEENOIL can manufacture complete hose kits for individual machines, production lines and regularly serviced equipment.

The company will attend customer sites free of charge to measure and identify hoses that are routinely replaced. Each hose is then allocated a unique customer identification number, allowing replacements to be reordered quickly and accurately without the need to remeasure the original assembly.

Complete hose sets can be manufactured in advance and either delivered to the customer or held in stock at KLEENOIL’s factory for immediate call-off.
