PBE Marking Systems, a leader in product marking and decorating solutions, has announced the promotion of Andy Viner to Managing Director, effective April 2026.
Andy joined PBE Marking Systems in September 2023 as Business Innovation Manager and has since progressed through the business, taking on the role of General Manager before his latest appointment. In this position, he managed the day-to-day operations of the company while working closely with the team to develop its sales strategy, strengthen its product offering and maintain a clear focus on customer service.
As Managing Director, Andy will take greater responsibility for the direction, performance and growth of PBE Marking Systems. His focus will be on supporting sustainable business success while ensuring customers continue to receive high-quality service, reliable products and strong value.
PBE Marking Systems, formerly known as Phillips Brothers & Ellis and PB&E, stretches back to the late 1920s. Originally specialising in traditional foil blocking in London, the company has developed into a comprehensive supplier of hot stamping, screen printing and pad printing machinery and consumables.
With decades of experience across product marking and decorating, PBE Marking Systems supports customers with more than machinery supply. The team provides technical specification, trialling, consumables, ongoing maintenance, servicing and expert guidance throughout the process.
