BOY Ltd Secures First BOY 20E PRO for UK Showroom
Boy Ltd is the first to order the BOY 20E PRO, and it will be in its Northamptonshire showroom early next year ready for trials and demonstrations.
For those not attending the recent K-show to see the launch and demonstration, Dr. Boy introduced the new BOY 20E PRO, the successor to the proven BOY 22A PRO which offers significantly lower energy consumption while delivering improved performance.
Keeping with BOY’S compact footprints across the range, the 20E PRO will take up a mere 1.8m² of your valuable floor space.
This neat injection moulding machine comes as standard with BOY’S state of the art ALPHA®4 control system. Any newcomers to BOY injection moulding machines or ALPHA® control systems, training is given with every new machine purchase to benefit your team and productivity.
In comparison to older generation machines, between 40% – 60% energy savings are possible with servo-drive. Less energy consumption means less heat generation and of course reduced running costs. When no pump capacity is required, the servo motor switches itself off and consumes no energy.
All this and more are presented in BOY’S new improved machine design and colour scheme with availability from 2026.
