Ferlin Presents Future-Ready Automation Solutions at K 2025

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Ferlin Plastics Automation, distributed in the UK by Labotek GB, proudly announces its participation in K 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry. Held in Düsseldorf, the K show is the global meeting point for innovation, technology and sustainable solutions in the sector.

More than a trade show

For Ferlin, K 2025 is more than just an exhibition. It is a unique opportunity to:

  • Strengthen our partnerships
  • Showcase our latest product innovations and solutions
  • Demonstrate how we help customers achieve maximum efficiency, quality and sustainability in plastics production

Efficient. Reliable. Smart.

Ferlin has long been known for its reliable, user-friendly and integrated automation solutions. At K 2025, the focus will be on smart technologies that contribute to reduced downtime, lower energy consumption and efficient use of masterbatch and biopolymers.

Visitors to the stand will be able to explore a line-up of GRAVIMIX machines as well as part of the MOVAC conveying range. Ferlin will also present its new Ferlin Portfolio App, which allows sales teams and resellers to demonstrate the GRAVIMIX in real-time using augmented reality (AR). The app is available exclusively on the iPad and provides clear insight into various configurations and applications.

Additionally, visitors can use an interactive tool to calculate indicative masterbatch cost savings based on their own production parameters.

The world premiere of the revolutionary SonicDry ultrasonic dryer is also part of the presentation. This technology marks a major step forward in sustainable and energy-efficient drying, without a regeneration cycle and with minimal waste.

More than technology: an open and inviting atmosphere

At K 2025, Ferlin aims not only to share knowledge but also to connect. The stand is designed to be open and welcoming, offering visitors a space where they feel like familiar guests. There is ample opportunity for dialogue, knowledge exchange and discovering how Ferlin can support their production challenges.
Trust, collaboration and fresh insights take centre stage with one goal in mind: Improving Plastics Together.

Local innovation, global impact

Ferlin develops and manufactures its systems primarily in the Netherlands, in close cooperation with local suppliers and knowledge partners such as the University of Twente. This results in high-quality solutions that seamlessly integrate into modern production environments and support the goals of Industry 4.0.

“K 2025 is the ideal stage to show the world what Ferlin stands for,” says Ernst Joost van Holten, Managing Owner at Ferlin Plastics Automation. “Reliable technology, smart automation and a sustainable future for plastics.”

Visit Ferlin at K 2025 at Hall 10, stand B46, from 8th to 15th October 2025.
