Flitetec Expands Aerospace Capabilities with Acquisition of Aeropair Assets

Flitetec Limited is pleased to announce that the company has acquired most of the assets of Aeropair Limited, further strengthening its capabilities to source, make, and integrate across the aerospace supply chain.
The acquisition expands Flitetec’s approved manufacturing and supply portfolio to include:
Plastics and transparency manufacture & repair– Supporting civil and military fixed-wing aircraft, complementing our established and helicopter interior product ranges.
Fastener manufacturing and distribution– Enhancing our ability to support legacy, specialist and hard-to-source requirements with full aerospace traceability.
Bonding lead manufacturing– Adding further depth to our specialist materials and process capability.
To support a structured and controlled transition, the company is pleased to welcome Stephen Findlay Jnr to Flitetec Limited as Programme Manager – Business Integration. Stephen brings deep operational knowledge of the acquired activities and will lead the transfer, establishment and integration of these capabilities into our Amersham facility, ensuring continuity of supply, technical integrity and customer confidence throughout the transition period.
This acquisition reinforces Flitetec Limited’s commitment to providing resilient, vertically integrated and compliant solutions across both defence and civil aerospace programmes — particularly where legacy platforms and specialist capabilities are critical.
