Genisys Systems has expanded the capabilities of its flagship Skynet Cloud Software with the launch of a new Human Resources (HR) module, designed to give businesses full control over holiday management, clocking in and out, and staff scheduling.

Skynet, a British-made, fully integrated MRP, ERP and CRM system, is already well-known for its flexibility and customisation, particularly in the retail, wholesale, and manufacturing sectors. With the addition of this new HR feature, users can now manage employee-related tasks and compliance within the same system they use for operations, production and sales.

Features such as the Bradford Factor, Holiday Rules, and Shift Management tools provide the insights and flexibility needed to optimise staffing and reduce operational disruptions.
