Ivor Griffiths Becomes General Manager at Sierra57
Recruitment and training specialist, Sierra57 Consult, is delighted to announce that Ivor Griffiths has been promoted to General Manager. With over a decade of experience in high-volume manufacturing and first-hand experience as a Production Manager, Ivor brings a wealth of experience and client understanding to the role as Sierra 57 continues its growth trajectory.
Ivor’s considerable dedication and hard work since joining the company in 2021 has strengthened Sierra 57 Consult’s position as the go-to specialist supplier of technical talent to the plastics industry. Ivor’s decade of manufacturing experience allows him to understand Sierra’s client’s needs and deliver results that exceed expectations every time.
In his new role as General Manager, Ivor (pictured above, right) will continue being a great ambassador for Sierra 57 Consult and a strong advocate for the plastics manufacturing industry. Going forwards, Ivor will grow the Recruitment division by employing three new recruitment professionals to cope with the ever-increasing workload.
Ivor will also be carving his own role in the award-winning Sierra 57 Consult Training division – offering a wide range of onsite and in-company training courses in plastic injection moulding. These courses are quality assured and approved for Continual Professional Development (CPD) by the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IoM3), ensuring learners receive the highest quality education.
