Jenco Highlights Six Decades of Engineering with the Diamond Range in Ireland

Jenco UK Ltd will present its British-built Diamond Range vacuum loaders at Plastics Live Ireland 2025, offering plastics processors and allied industries a first-hand look at the company’s most advanced materials-handling solution to date.

Building on more than six decades of experience in supporting plastics, food, coffee, tea and powder manufacturing, Jenco has designed the Diamond Range to address real-world production challenges.

The Diamond Range has been engineered in the UK from the outset, incorporating brushless motor technology to deliver quieter, cleaner, longer-lasting operation. The modular design supports multiple system variants, including air-driven, single-phase and three-phase models, and features a full Siemens-based PLC touch control interface for Industry 4.0-ready connectivity.

Jenco’s heritage in materials handling equipment – spanning belt conveyors, dosing units, blenders, dryers, pumps, central systems and storage solutions – underpins the design philosophy behind the Diamond Range. Operators will benefit from intuitive controls, integrated LED status indicators and robust construction in electropolished 304 stainless steel, designed for reliability across demanding process environments.

The company invites visitors to stop by its stand to explore the Diamond Range in action, discuss detailed specifications with Jenco engineers and assess how the system can be tailored to their operation. The demonstration at Plastics Live Ireland will highlight how the new loader range supports high throughput applications—from light materials to bulk handling, with improved efficiency, reduced maintenance and enhanced control.
