Mereway Bathrooms Protect Latest Range of Surfaces with SteriTouch
Mereway Bathrooms has become the latest brand to use SteriTouch antimicrobial technology from specialist research and development company Radical Materials.
Mereway Bathrooms manufactures refined, design-led bathroom furniture, available from a network of retailers across the UK. Manufactured in the UK, the ‘Lustre’ collection of premium vanity countertops combine superior antibacterial performance with the highest quality materials and are available in an assortment of unique finishes.
The entire Lustre range now incorporates a SteriTouch antimicrobial additive in the protective gel top-coat. Harnessing the natural antimicrobial properties of ionic silver, the additive will combat the growth of harmful microorganisms, as well as those responsible for surface degradation, stains and odours. In independent testing using the ISO22196 standard, the Lustre countertops achieved a minimum of 99.99% reduction of both Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli.
