Tool-Temp Showcases Smart Temperature Control at Plastics Live Ireland 2025
Tool-Temp will exhibit at Plastics Live Ireland 2025, presenting its latest temperature control technology and demonstrating how smarter process control can reduce energy use. Visitors will be able to see the MATIC range in operation, a system designed to optimise heating and cooling cycles through inverter-driven pumps and intelligent control logic, all on stand E4.
IRIS, Tool-Temp’s in-house developed controller, will be a highlight at the event. IRIS provides an intuitive touchscreen interface, real-time monitoring, digital connectivity through Profinet, EtherNet/IP, OPCUA, LAN and optional WLAN, and supports predictive maintenance. The controller allows you to check temperatures, pressures, flow rates and operating conditions on the machine or remotely using a phone, tablet or PC. IRIS uses model-based algorithms to maintain stable processing conditions, reduce downtime and support the growing need for data capture in ISO compliant environments.
