Verus Metrology Partners announces it has been awarded a National Employer of the Year 2025 Award by the National Apprenticeship Office. The announcement was made on 4th December 2025, at a ceremony in the Gibson Hotel, Dublin, where eight outstanding employers from across Ireland were recognised for their leadership and commitment to apprenticeship development.
Being selected as one of only eight national award winners out of 100 nominees is a significant honour for the team and reflects the strength of its culture, its people, and the dedication the team has to developing future engineering talent.
At Verus, apprenticeships play a central role in shaping its workforce. They represent long-term investment in people, innovation, and sustainable career progression within advanced manufacturing. Earlier this year, we highlighted the achievements and contributions of our apprentices in this post.
Verus extends its congratulations to all of this year’s winners across the Micro, Small, Medium, and Large Employer categories:
- Divine Hair by Niamh Hayden
- Philip Doogue Mechanical Services
- Celtic Working Platforms
- Johnson & Johnson MedTech
- Kent Stainless
- Irish Coast Guard / Department of Transport
- MrPRICE Branded Bargains
Verus thanks Minister James Lawless, Minister Marian Harkin, the National Apprenticeship Office, and SOLAS for their continued commitment to strengthening Ireland’s apprenticeship system and supporting employers who invest in the next generation.
This recognition is a testament to the dedication of its entire team and the outstanding apprentices who contribute to Verus every day. Verus Mttrology Partners looks forward to continuing our work in developing talent and supporting the future of engineering in Ireland.
