AC Plastics, the Liverpool-based injection moulder with over five decades of experience, is proud to announce the award of the largest tooling contract in its history, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing growth within the UK’s automotive sector.
The new contract comes as a direct result of the successful delivery of a previous project for the same customer, a tier-one supplier to a major British automotive manufacturer headquartered in Crewe. AC Plastics’ performance on that initial project – delivering tooling and components to the highest quality standards – was instrumental in securing this new, expanded scope of work.

AC Plastics will once again oversee all tooling activity from concept to completion, including design analysis, mould flow reviews, and international tool trials, ensuring each tool meets the exacting standards expected by premium automotive brands.
