Established in 1997 and installed in over 300 sites worldwide, Intouch offers an exceptional level of customer service. The Intouch software is suitable for many industries and processes, including packaging, automotive, medical, aerospace, injection moulding, thermoforming, extrusion, printing, CNC cutting/machining, metal-stamping and food processing.
Andy Mangena is a very experienced manufacturing professional and is the latest face to join the company. Over the years, he has worked in many production roles, including production capacity planning, process engineering, logistics, project management, IT business analysis and manufacturing engineering.
As a former Intouch customer, his personal experience of implementing Intouch, as well as his vast manufacturing experience, makes him ideally placed to help new Intouch customers. He will be onboarding customers, improving and streamlining workflows within the organisation and ensuring that they achieve their goals.
Andy fully understands how all the different departments in a factory work together, the implications of changing any aspects of the system and what to put in place to mitigate the risk before the system is implemented.
A proud father of twin toddlers, Andy finds time management crucial in his life! He likes to watch documentaries, listen to self-development content and do lots of sport. He also likes to keep fit by going to the gym.
