Coral Products PLC Acquires New Plastics Companies, Manplas Limited and Ecodeck Grids Limited

Coral Products PLC is a manufacturer and distributor of plastic products within a wide range of sectors. The Group operates in the UK with manufacturing facilities in Wythenshawe and Denton, Greater Manchester, Haydock, Merseyside and Runcorn, Cheshire and a distribution facility in Hyde, Greater Manchester, Chesterfield, and Derbyshire.

Coral Products PLC have an excellent reputation for delivering quality products, but they are not complacent. They invest continuously in new machinery, robotics, and moulds to maintain a strong position and keep market share.

Quality control and assurance processes are regularly reviewed and developed to ensure that customers receive quality products each time. The Group has adopted a plan to substantially increase Group revenue and profitability from specialist plastic products manufacturing and distribution facilities.

The Group took the initial step along this plan in March 2021 when it disposed of Coral Products (Mouldings) Ltd and Interpack Ltd, followed shortly after the acquisition of Customised Packaging Ltd.

In May 2022, the Group acquired Film & Foil Solutions Ltd, and in June 2022, the Group acquired Alma Products Ltd. Most recently, in September 2022, the Group acquired Manplas Limited. In October 2022, it acquired Ecodeck Grids Limited.

The sale and new acquisitions are testament to the business plan to continue to develop and grow. As a Group, Coral Products PLC have found that transparency is an unstoppable force.
