With its new PTFE corrugated hoses, HASCO is expanding its temperature control range with a solution specifically designed to meet the most demanding requirements for flexibility and durability. Thanks to their high elasticity and tear resistance, the hoses withstand heavy mechanical stresses as well as abrasion and vibration, thereby contributing to a long service life and consistently high performance.
Due to their high temperature resistance and flexibility, the product range opens up a wide variety of applications, particularly in the field of high-temperature moulds. Even in applications with operating pressures of up to 125 bar, the PTFE corrugated hose ensures reliable, high-performance temperature control.
The corrugated inner core allows for an exceptionally small bending radius. Despite its high flexibility, it remains twist-free and kink-resistant, ensuring a consistently high flow rate.
Custom lengths and configurations can be easily created using the HASCO hose configurator. Users can select the length and connections to suit their specific requirements, thereby receiving a bespoke solution.
