On Thursday 11th February 2021, 2.30 pm GMT, ENL Group will be hosting the second in a series of live webinars, designed to help engineers, product managers and buyers make informed decisions about injection moulding.
In the second instalment of its webinar series titled ‘Injection Moulding Masterclass,‘ ENL Group will explore the tooling process and focus on available options to suit your project needs and budget. The webinar will look at ways to improve lead times and tool cycle times, reduce initial and overall costs and maximise production output. It will also focus on tooling longevity, the importance of planned preventative maintenance servicing and the tooling effects on part conformity and quality.
With guest speaker Darren Hall from Synventive, a world-leading manufacturer of hot-runner systems, the webinar will take a deep dive into the plastic injection moulding process, focussing on how to get the best out of the tool design and manufacture.
Richard Gamble, Managing Director at ENL Group explains the value that the webinar masterclasses give to its viewers:
“The webinar series provides us with a platform to educate our audience and add value to their role when they’re managing projects of new parts. We always support our customers by proactively finding efficiencies and cost savings, while enhancing the performance and quality of the parts we make for them.”
“The process of injection moulding involves many stages, so this masterclass will focus specifically on how to optimise the design and manufacture of the tool.”
Guest speaker Darren Hall will also be joined by ENL experts Dave O’Loughlin, Senior Tooling Engineer, and Garry Gray, Project Engineer. If you’d like to learn more about the expert panel who will be guiding you through this informative session, you can find out more about Darren, Dave and Garry on the ENL Group website.
