Omega Plastics Group (OPG), an injection tooling and specialist multi-use plastic injection moulding expert, has appointed Martyn Musgrave as its new Toolroom Lead, marking the next step in a 14-year career with the company.
Martyn has taken on a new hybrid role that brings together two key areas of his experience: hands-on manufacturing and the leadership, planning and coordination of the toolroom.
Many people across the industry may already know Martyn through his own content, where his enthusiasm for tooling, manufacturing and OPG is clear. His promotion reflects the skill, commitment and leadership he has shown throughout his time with the business.
The appointment also highlights OPG’s focus on recognising and developing talent from within. By promoting people who have grown with the company and understand its standards, processes and customers, OPG continues to strengthen its team for the future.
