Mergon, manufacturer of technical blow-moulded parts and associated finishing operations, is delighted to publish our 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report, which shows that the gender pay gap has reduced further to 8.8% this year.

Highlights from the 2025 Report:
- The gender pay gap at Mergon International is now lower than the Irish national average at 8.8%
- Initiatives such as the F@ME (Females at Mergon Excel) programme, the Mergon Mentoring Programme, and inclusive policies continue to drive progress.
- New policies in 2025 include Mergon’s Menopause Policy, Fertility Treatment Support and expanded support for employees returning from maternity or adoptive leave ‘Returning to Work with Confidence’.
- Mergon remains committed to STEM outreach. There is a particular focus on inspiring and supporting young girls to explore opportunities within STEM.
