Three industry-leading training bodies, PTIC, Demag and RJG Technologies, have recently provided invaluable training in plastics manufacturing and injection moulding to Sierra 57’s consultants. This training means that the consultants now have a technical understanding of their customers’ recruitment requirements and can fully understand the intricacies that come with recruiting skilled candidates within the plastics sector.
Senior Recruitment Consultant, Katie Francis, who joined Sierra 57 and plastics recruitment almost 2 years ago, commented:

Recruitment Consultant, Maria Ledbury, visited Sumitomo Demag for the ‘Introduction to Injection Moulding’ and colleague Mark Bargh completed his training course, ‘Injection Moulding Appreciation’ at Polymer Training & Innovation Centre.
