As Sierra 57 strengthens its position across the plastics industry, Ben Maguire’s addition enhances its ability to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions, practical mould training, and on-site mould setting support to our growing customer base.
Ben Maguire joins Sierra 57 as a Polymer Engineering Consultant, bringing experience and technical capability that will be instrumental in helping the company bridge the gap between skills development and operational delivery – supporting businesses with both people and performance.

“To support increasing customer demand and our strategic growth plans for 2026, we are focused on securing three additional Polymer Engineering professionals. We’re pleased to introduce the first of these appointments – Ben Maguire.
Ben joins us as an experienced Injection Moulding Mould Setter/Technician, bringing strong hands-on expertise that will complement our specialist offering across technical recruitment, mould contracting, and mould training.
He demonstrates excellent attention to detail, a clear ambition to further develop, and aspirations to progress into a Process Engineer role. Alongside his technical capability, Ben is a trustworthy and knowledgeable professional who will be a valuable advisor to both candidates and clients alike.
Outside of work, Ben brings just as much energy – he is a keen runner (taking on the London Half Marathon next month), a dedicated supporter of Liverpool FC and Telford AFC (we’ll let that one slide, Ben… though Telford might be having the better run of it!) and a proud family man to three girls.
