Plastics recycling firm Vanden Recycling has appointed Aaron Williamson as part of plans to further expand and strengthen its growing UK operation.
Aaron, third-generation waste management, joins Vanden UK as Director of Business Development, bringing with him a wealth of operational and commercial experience in the recycling sector, including running operational facilities and working with end-users across the UK.
Since 2020, Vanden has initiated a new strategy that sees the company accelerating plans to achieve full geographic coverage in the UK and expanding across Europe with a new presence in The Netherlands, Spain, and Italy. This extensive growth has included hiring experienced commercial staff across these regions.
Aaron’s role will be responsible for driving the company’s quality service levels and overseeing plans for its continued growth.
Aaron said: “I am delighted to take up this position with Vanden Recycling at such an exciting time. Vanden has worked hard towards having full UK coverage to provide a personal and customer-centric service. It is my aim and passion to drive this quality service, working with existing and new partners around the country.”
