One Technology Two Sizes

The launch of UltraView60 expands VeriVide’s current colour assessment cabinet range, and renames its current UltraView to UltraView90, making the distinction between the two sizes clear.

UltraView60 provides a compact and cost-effective solution, while UltraView90 provides a larger viewing area. Both models deliver the same UltraView features and colour assessment capabilities, meaning organisations can choose the size and viewing area that best suits their workflow without sacrificing functionality.

Businesses that do not require the larger viewing area of UltraView90 now have an alternative, cost effective entry into the range. This means that tuneable LED colour assessment is now more accessible than ever and provides greater flexibility when specifying equipment at different stages or locations throughout the supply chain.

Built to Last

Colour assessment equipment is a long-term investment so getting the most out of your solutions becomes a priority for most businesses. The UltraView range was developed with this is in mind as it provides more than 10 years of typical use. UltraView can be updated with new light sources during service and calibration, meaning there is no longer a need to purchase multiple light booths for different specifications because they are all calibrated within a single system.

This provides a long lifespan for systems throughout supply chains and provides a level of adaptability, which is essential for the ever-changing landscape of LED technology. Being able to update systems with light sources, rather than being restricted to light sources selected upon purchase, means UltraView systems that are already in supply chains only need the software to be updated rather than an entire replacement.

Modern Technology

As lighting technology has evolved, so has the way operators interact with colour assessment equipment. UltraView replaces traditional numbered buttons with a digital touchscreen, where each illuminant is clearly displayed and easily selected.

This makes moving between the 14 pre-programmed illuminants simple and easy, particularly when assessments require several different illuminants to check for metamerism. Instead of relying on operators to recall which button corresponds to which light source, the required illuminant can be clearly identified on screen.

The touchscreen can also be configured around different colour assessment requirements using customisable button sets. This means that suppliers working with multiple brands or retailers can have dedicated button sets created containing the light sources specified by each brand, making it quick and easy for operators to access the required lighting conditions in one place.
