As part of Summit Process Cooling’s ongoing commitment to precision engineering and customer assurance, the company has installed a cutting-edge Cooling Test Rig at its enhanced Fabrications Facility, designed to bring system validation to the forefront of its service.
This innovative development is the result of close collaboration between Summit Process Cooling’s Technical Design Experts and Fabrications team. From concept to live testing, the rig reflects the strength of its in-house capabilities and focus on delivering high-performance solutions.
Designed by Graduate Design Engineer and Employee of the Year, Jack Osborne, the Cooling Test Rig enables comprehensive functional testing of cooling equipment under simulated real-world conditions. By placing systems under operational load, helps accurately diagnose faults in existing installations. Customers can bring their equipment on-site for in-depth testing and troubleshooting. At the same time, the rig also supports early validation and preparation for upcoming chiller installations, ensuring optimal performance from the outset.
