Bjørn Thorsen to Showcase Adhesive Solutions at WAC 2026

Bjørn Thorsen will present its portfolio of adhesive raw materials at the World Adhesive & Sealant Conference and EXPO 2026 (WAC 2026), taking place at the QEII Centre in London from 16 to 18 September.
The specialist distributor will exhibit at Table 73, where visitors can explore adhesive technologies from manufacturers including The Lubrizol Corporation and EMS-Griltech. Featured materials will include Lubrizol’s Pearlbond and Pearlstick thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) solutions, alongside Griltex copolyamide (CoPA) and copolyester (CoPES) hot-melt adhesives from EMS-Griltech.
Bjørn Thorsen’s wider adhesive portfolio covers resins for solvent-based adhesives, hot-melt adhesives (HMA), and reactive polyurethane hot melts (HMPUR). The range also includes water-based and bio-based solutions, together with additives and modifiers for adjusting formulation and processing performance.
The company’s representatives will be available to discuss new product development, formulation improvements, and the selection of materials for specific application and performance requirements. Karine Chomet, Business Development Manager for Adhesive Solutions at Bjørn Thorsen, will provide technical guidance throughout the event.
Presentation to Examine Sustainable TPU Adhesives
Mary Aiken-Wood, Bjørn Thorsen’s Account Manager for the UK and Ireland, will also contribute to the WAC 2026 conference programme.
Her presentation, titled ‘Next-generation TPU Adhesive Solutions: Advancing Toward Sustainable Innovation’, will examine the role that developing TPU technologies could play in creating more sustainable adhesive solutions.
The session will take place from 12:30 to 13:00 on Friday, 18 September, as part of the Sustainable & High-Performance Hotmelt Solutions breakout session in the Mountbatten Room.
