Bausano Presents MD170 Nextmover Twin-Screw Extruder

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

In lieu of its postponed March 2020 open day in Italy, Bausano has introduced its MD170 Nextmover twin-screw extruder for PVC granulation through a video demonstration.

With outputs up to 3200 kg/h, the line features high-efficiency IE4 motors as standard, Bausano’s patented and revolutionary multi-drive system, smart energy induction heating system and a digital extruder controller PLC.

With more than 75 years’ experience producing extrusion lines for thermoplastic processes, Bausano designs and manufactures every component in-house, including the screw and barrel, multi-drive system and downstream equipment. It is only with this knowledge, experience, and attention to detail that Bausano can produce long-lasting, efficient, and truly customisable extrusion lines that help customers be more competitive.

Bausano open day events are (usually) held throughout the year and are an opportunity to showcase Bausano extrusion lines and exclusive technology, with the most recent events focussing on WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) and profiles.

Due to the current and ongoing circumstances, Bausano is happy to set up online conference calls to discuss any upcoming extrusion requirements customers may have.

Bausano and Intelicare would like to thank all the UK & Ireland customers who had booked to join them for the open day.
