Immpress Expand Manumold Machine Services

Immpress Expand Manumold Machine Services

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Immpress took over the service provision to Manumold machine owners last year from Neville Bodily. Neville had provided many years support and retired in 2016.

In this time, Immpress has brought many Manumold customers onto their service program, and they are now benefiting from preferential breakdown support, spares and telephone assistance.

They have also refurbished several Manumold machines for customers, who were very satisfied to have an ageing machine brought back to an excellent working condition.

Development to improve the Manumold machine has not been stagnant; Immpress have had new heater bands developed that provide up to date temperature control and performance, plus additional parts have been upgraded and are now fitted to machines.

Immpress continue to provide refurbished Boy machines to the highest quality, providing the prospective customer with service, breakdown and spares support and peace of mind for the after sales provision.

To facilitate this expansion, Immpress have moved their workshop to larger premises, installing mezzanine flooring, machine prep bay, spray booth and workshop facilities. This has enabled smoother machine builds with time savings on past delivery dates.

Mike Campey, owner of Immpress, commented:

“We have now been able to run mould tool trials on customers refurbished machines enabling set up sheets and finished component product.

“The expansion has been hard and I would like to thank all whom were involved as without their input this could not have happened.”
