CMS will be exhibiting at K 2019, showcasing the most advanced CNC and thermoforming machines, “beyond the horizons of plastic processing machinery”.
CMS Plastic Technology produces numerically-controlled machining centres and thermoforming machines for the working of plastic materials, offering technologically advanced solutions. The brand originates from the prized synergy between technical-industrial expertise in thermoforming of the historical company Villa, established in 1973, and CMS’ historical experience in milling.
CMS will be exhibiting at K 2019 in Hall 3, B55. They will be showcasing the most advanced CNC and thermoforming machines, “beyond the horizons of plastic processing machinery”.
Thanks to constant investments in research and innovation, CMS Plastic Technology is recognised as a unique partner for entire processes: from thermoforming, to trimming, to the realisation of models and moulds, ensuring maximum productivity. CMS Plastic Technology is in the forefront of manifold divisions, such as automotive, aerospace, earth-moving machinery, caravans, buses, railway industry, and production of bathtubs.
On display at K 2019 will be the company’s thermoforming machine range, including the MASTERFORM Thermoforming machine, specifically created for long-fibre composite material and the BR5 S Automatic Thermoforming machine, characterised by its extremely innovative parts management system and the ability for loading, setup and unloading to be carried out autonomously.
Two cutting/milling machines will also be on show, firstly the Athena High-Speed 5-Axis CNC Machining Centre, specifically designed for the high-speed processing of plastics and composite materials. For high-speed machining of composite materials and light alloys, the ARES 5-Axis High-Speed CNC Machining Centre will also be on display.
