Leading temperature control specialists, Tool-Temp, have announced that they will be launching a brand-new website in February 2019, which will include some exciting new features.
Tool-Temp will be introducing a live chat to the site so that engineers can communicate with the end user much quicker. The live chat will enable people to send images and attachments instantly, and is completely mobile friendly.
The site will also have a customer login area where the customers can access manuals, videos and much more. The most exciting feature is that customers will be able to hover over units on the site and spin the unit around to access part numbers and descriptions, making part identification easier.
Tool-Temp also recently employed a new Area Sales Engineer and an Installation Manager. The Installation Manager has over 20 years of experience in the industry and is working closely with Tool-Temp’s Technical Director. The new Area Sales Engineer is covering the Midlands region, plus Ireland. Tool-Temp see these two new members of the team as valuable assets to the company and believe that the new and expanded team will help deliver an even better experience to the customer.
