Rapid Granulator to Showcase Recycling Innovations at Plastics Live Ireland 2025

Rapid Granulator, a global leader in plastic recycling solutions, will join its Irish distributor JL Goor at Plastics Live Ireland 2025, taking place 26th–27th November at the RDS Arena, Dublin (Stand B10).

Although no machine will be displayed at the stand, visitors are warmly invited to meet the Rapid and JL Goor teams to explore Rapid’s complete portfolio of granulators, shredders, and integrated recycling solutions, including several new innovations introduced this autumn at K 2025 in Düsseldorf.

Among the highlights are the Rapid 800 Series, the company’s largest and most advanced granulator to date, designed for high-throughput, heavy-duty applications. Featuring exceptional processing power and a unique rear-access system for faster, safer maintenance, the 800 Series sets a new benchmark for efficiency and reliability in large-scale recycling operations.

Also featured is the RMD (Rapid Metal Detection) system, which provides instant protection against metal contamination, and the RFE Roller Feeder, a next-generation feeding system that enables continuous edge trim processing with silent operation and tool-free width adjustment for maximum flexibility.

Further expanding Rapid’s product range, the company recently launched the GT1600, a powerful addition to its thermoforming granulator line, engineered for precision and high productivity in processing skeletal waste.

Rapid’s Predict system – integrated into the Rapid Connect platform- features LED displays that give operators instant, real-time visibility of machine performance. Mounted on or near the granulator, Predict enables efficient feeding, quick adjustments, and energy-optimised operation, helping processors make smarter, data-driven decisions for improved efficiency and uptime.
