Richard brings extensive manufacturing and engineering experience, with full P&L responsibility and a strong focus on operational performance, efficiency and growth. His track record includes improving profitability through clear KPIs, disciplined processes and engaged teams. He takes a practical, hands-on approach, with an emphasis on consistency, process improvement and reliable customer delivery.

His appointment strengthens the company’s ability to support customers with dependable lead times, consistent quality and responsive service. Under his leadership, it has also achieved its fifth consecutive ISO 9001:2015 audit with zero non-conformances, a direct reflection of our commitment to quality.
