Technical and engineering recruitment specialist Sierra 57 Consult is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Lennon as its new Business Manager.
Michelle Lennon has joined Sierra 57 Consult during an exciting period of growth for the company. Michelle brings a wealth of engineering and manufacturing business expertise with her and an energetic and tenacious personality to blend in with the team.
Michelle’s career portfolio has involved her working within plastics and a broad range of engineering sectors, building relationships and directly working with engineering apprenticeships. Her outgoing personality and cheerful nature, coupled with her high customer focus standards, make her a natural fit for Sierra 57’s growth strategies within the recruitment division and the newly established mould training arm.

“Michelle Lennon’s arrival is pivotal in liaising with our customer base, identifying areas that we can assist customers in promoting their existing workforce’s moulding expertise in training mould processing, mould toolmaking and mould maintenance whilst promoting their manufacturing deliverables and OTIF’s. Michelle will work closely with Richard Brown (pictured centre) in mould training and Mark Lawson in mould recruitment to add as much value possible for optimising existing staff’s expertise and promoting staff retention.”
