Summit Defence Shield Wins Horners Award for Innovation and Design

The prestigious Horners Award is an annual award for an imaginative or innovative contribution to the plastics industry. The Worshipful Company of Horners was founded to set and maintain standards in the ancient craft of the Horner. The prestigious award is believed to be the longest established Design Award for Polymers in the world.

The Summit Defence Shield is an outstanding, unique and innovative design allowing businesses to reopen during the COVID-19 pandemic. The shields are lightweight, flexible, recyclable and can be suited to any workspace. Founded in March 2020, Summit Defence has helped multiple businesses get back to work, including the hospitality industry, schools, NHS London and major retailers.
